John Kosmina is poised to be the man named as Graham Arnold’s assistant for the Asian Cup.
The ex-Adelaide United coach has maintained faith with key FFA officials as well as Graham Arnold despite the number of controversies he was involved with in the second season of the A-League.
Kosmina was forced to watch Adelaide from the sidelines for four matches after being banished from the sidelines following his highly publicised sideline altercation with Victory captain Kevin Muscat. He also lost his role with the side altogether following comments he made after Adelaide’s loss to Melbourne in the Grand Final.
Arnold and Kosmina have already worked together in these positions; the pair led the Socceroos through the qualifying campaign for the Asian Cup.
