SYDNEY FC boss John Kosmina has told Olyroos boss Graham Arnold to keep his head down and get on with the job of winning a medal at Beijing.

Former Socceroo Arnold has come under fire for his Under 23s squad selection to take to the Olympics.
And Arnie's angry responses to questions about the team have sparked speculation about his suitability to the job and his future after the Olympics.
But fellow ex-Socceroo striker Kosmina has admitted: "You're always going to cop it as a coach.
"You're never going to keep everyone happy - it's just part and parcel of the job. He's got a few people in the media supporting him and few that aren't."
Kossie added: "The best advice I can give Arnie is to get on with it and do the job your own way.
"The fact is that Arnie's actually in the park doing the business while other people are sitting behind a desk with a pencil in their hand."
Kosmina admitted he might have chosen a different squad from Arnie - but on one of the key points picked up by critics, he backed the under-fire coach.
"I'll be honest - I don't think Nathan Burns ever did enough for the Olympic team," said Kosmina after training with Sydney's first team and youth team triallists today.
"And his form has been really patchy with the club last season."
But Kosmina did admit: "Bruce Djite may have been a little bit more unlucky.
"I haven't seen enough of James Holland - but if you had to decide on the basis of his performance against China, then you wouldn't pick him, would you?"
Kosmina admitted he couldn't remember when former Sydney utility man Ruben Zadkovich - now signed to Derby County - last had a good game.
But he added: "Ruben's a good Olyroo player and he's played well for the Olyroos in the past, and he's a good athlete.
"Maybe the status of the event will inspire him to greater heights..."
