Fijian flyer Roy Krishna has picked up the major gongs at the Wellington Phoenix Player of the Year Awards on Tuesday night.
Krishna was voted the Players’ Player of the Year and took out the club’s Golden Boot award after scoring 12 goals for the Kiwi outfit.
All White Kosta Barbarouses won the Player of the Year and Jacob Tratt was awarded the U23 equivalent.
It was also a big night for foundation player Vince Lia who received a 10-year achievement award (along with media manager Russell Gray) and Goal of the Year for his Round 10 stunner against Central Coast Mariners.
