Celtic have signed Landry N'Guemo on a season-long loan from French club Nancy.
The 23-year-old midfielder agreed the move after jetting into Scotland for talks with the Glasgow giants earlier in the week.
Celtic have the option of making the move permanent at the end of the season if the Cameroon international impresses.
N'Guemo becomes new boss Tony Mowbray's second signing since taking over the Parkhead hotseat from Gordon Strachan in the summer.
He will now join forces with former Nancy team-mate Marc-Antoine Fortune who arrived at the Hoops last week in a deal reported to be worth £3.8million.
N'Guemo spent the last four years with the French club and made more than 100 appearances.
Speaking on the club's official website, www.celticfc.net, he said: "This is a fantastic honour to sign for a club of Celtic's stature with its wonderful history and magnificent supporters.
"I'm looking forward to playing for this great club over the next year and hopefully extending my stay at Celtic beyond that."
