The returning Luke DeVere has netted with almost the final kick of the game to earn 10-man Brisbane Roar a 1-1 draw with Melbourne Victory at Suncorp Stadium on Friday night.
A goal from Mitch Austin in his Victory debut with seven minutes remaining looked to have given the visitors all three points but DeVere rescued his side a point.
Brett Holman was impressive in his maiden A-League start but it was an unhappy night for Roar skipper Matt McKay who saw red with 25 minutes remaining in what was his 200th appearance for the club.
