The Dane led the Welsh side to a ninth-placed finish in the 2012-13 Premier League, as well as securing their first-ever major trophy win with a 5-0 victory over Bradford City in the League Cup final.

That success has led to speculation that the former Barcelona player could be set to leave the Liberty Stadium, with Manchester City and Everton both having been linked.
But Laudrup's agent Bayram Tutumulu insists his client will resist the advances of other teams, and continue as manager of Swansea.
"Michael Laudrup, just now, is very happy at Swansea City. Of course Michael has had offers from elsewhere," Tutumulu told BBC Sport.
"Other teams can wait one or two years. We know Michael is going to train the big teams but this is not the moment.
"Michael doesn't think about other teams because he promised to the players and the fans he wants to stay in Swansea."
Tutumulu also revealed that Laudrup is keen to add to his squad, with Swansea having qualified for the 2013-14 UEFA Europa League by virtue of their League Cup win.
"When we expanded the contract of Michael Laudrup, we spoke with the board and the chairman that they're going to make a really good team for Michael," he added.
"A good team is no problem. If they don't have the possibility of making a good team, I don't know what can happen. Michael needs good players.
"We don't want to have the same experience as Newcastle for example. He told the board and the chairman that (Swansea) need a very good squad this year."
