Leeds fans staged an injury-time pitch invasion with their club drawing 1-1 against Ipswich at Elland Road.
Leeds were staring relegation from the Coca-Cola Championship in the face after Alan Lee's late equaliser cancelled out Richard Cresswell's opener.
Hull's 1-0 win at Cardiff meant Leeds would go into the final Saturday of the season trailing Hull by three points.
And Hull's superior goal difference - nine goals - meant Leeds will be all-but relegated when the match finished 1-1.
The referee took the players off with some of the six minutes of added time still to be played when some fans invaded the pitch.
The match was restarted once the pitch was cleared.
