Lehmann blasted the officiating in the immediate aftermath of Germany's 1-0 loss to Spain, and the former Arsenal goalkeeper has stuck to that line as he prepares for a new chapter in his career with Stuttgart.

"Even at this increased distance (from the final), I am more angry," he told Sport Bild magazine after Stuttgart's pre-season victory over St Pauli.

"I think the referee blew against us. He was partial to say the least."

Spain won the game in Vienna with a Fernando Torres goal, and Germany were left incensed that Rosetti failed to show a red card to David Silva after he motioned his head towards Lukas Podolski in the second half.

They were also unhappy that the referee whistled for a foul as they came close to a late equaliser.

Lehmann added: "He did not show the Spaniards a red card and he did not give us a handball decision.

"Then right before the end we had a chance and he just blew. In my opinion, there was something wrong with him."

Lehmann has yet to decide on his future as Germany goalkeeper and may retire from the international game when he meets with Germany coach Joachim Low in the next few weeks.

A decision is expected to be made before Germany take on Belgium in a friendly in Nuremberg on August 20.
