Murray passed away on Monday morning at the age of 71 following a long battle with illness. 

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian today said that the host of SBS’s ‘The World Game’ program for many years would be given the state procession and offered her condolences to his family and friends.

“On behalf of the people of NSW I extend my deepest sympathies to Les Murray’s family, friends and colleagues,” the Premier said.
