Half time analysis:
Aussies have dominated the first half and looked composed on the ball. Sterjovski has been a star and looked dangerous every time but so has Recoba for Uruguay. It's been an exciting contest so far.

Cross from Wilkshire and Uruguay defence couldn't deal with it and Sterjovski with a second bite of the cherry smashes home from six yard box.

Great memories from November 2005. Should be an interesting night. Pitch doesn't look as good as the last time these two met. Uruguay and Socceroos are on the pitch warming up while Timmy Cahill in a flashy suit is being interviewed on pitchside. It's a carnival atmosphere inside the stadium. A bunch of kiddies in waiters outtfits are singing "I still call Australia home"! Expected crowd of about 55,000-60,000.
