The announcement comes after the EPL side secured a top four finish following a 3-0 home win over Middlesbrough.
The squad includes: Roberto Firmino, Lucas Leiva, Vice Captain James Milner, Divock Origi, Daniel Sturridge and Georginio Wijnaldum.
Liverpool Captain Jordan Henderson will not make the journey because of a foot injury while Emre Can and Philippe Coutinho will be absent due to international commitments.
