Low claims the Dutch have been unrivalled over the past three decades in their production of talented footballers and with the way they cultivate an attacking style of play.

And he believes he and his players have learned from the Dutch model.

"Holland have totally mastered their system and the way they train it and sustain it is amazing," Low told reporters in Hamburg today.

"They have been doing this for 30 years and are in a league of their own.

"Their players are all playing with top teams in Europe, they are ranked second in the world, they got to the World Cup final and so it should be very interesting.

"We have definitely learnt from them over the years."

In Rome, Italy take on Copa America winners Uruguay, with goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon set for a memorable night.

The Juventus number one will win his 112th cap, moving level with Dino Zoff as the Azzurri`s third most-capped player.

"Only two or three years ago I started to realise that I could really catch him," Buffon told www.uefa.com.

"But when I made my Italy debut back in 1997 it was just a dream for me. Too much water needed to pass under the bridge for me to reach that historic figure. Zoff is a real legend, I'm very proud to reach this milestone."

England take on Sweden at Wembley on the back of a morale-boosting win over Spain, with manager Fabio Capello happy with the way his new-look squad is coming together.

A number of fresh faces, such as Phil Jones, Jack Rodwell and Danny Welbeck all impressed against the world champions, and Capello would like to see them continue their development.

"It is really important for me to know the value of some players from how they played against Spain and now Sweden," the Italian said.

"I am really happy because this experiment was positive (against Spain). The players who played, Rodwell, Jones, Welbeck, did really well. For these players it was a really important experience.

"I personally checked these players and I am really happy with the performance and the personality and the confidence they showed.

"If these players during the season will (continue to) improve, all these players will be ready to play with us with at the Euros."

Another goalkeeper setting records will be Spain`s Iker Casillas.

The Real Madrid captain, who equalled the national record of 126 caps at Wembley, will move clear on his own against Costa Rica.

Manager Vicente del Bosque confirmed today that his skipper would play some part, while adding that Victor Valdes and Pepe Reina could also get some time between the sticks.

"We could probably see Valdes, and Reina could go from 24 (caps) to 25," he said.

France are unbeaten in 16 games and have not lost in 2011, but manager Laurent Blanc insisted ahead of tomorrow`s meeting with Belgium in Paris that his Euro 2012 squad has not yet been chosen.

"The hierarchy is not set in stone," Blanc told a pre-match news conference.

"That's not a problem, we'll make those choices. If there are three or four players vying for each position, we'll have to.

"We're not going to go to the Euros with three right backs and three left backs."

Also in action are Cyprus against Azerbaijan, Greece and Romania, Ukraine against Austria and Denmark who face Finland, while FYR Macedonia meet Albania.
