Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini wants more goals from Edin Dzeko after the striker ended his 11-match goalless run against Wigan Athletic.
Dzeko flicked home David Silva's free kick to earn Manchester City a priceless 1-0 victory on Monday, and pick up his 14th goal of the season.
The Bosnian began the season on fire and struck four at White Hart Lane against Tottenham, who visit the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.
And his manager is hoping that his goal against Wigan will see him return to his scoring ways.
"I hope this is the start of a new Dzeko," Mancini told reporters.
"This guy deserves to be important. He deserves to score. That is important for the strikers."
"I certainly think we can exploit his size more."
"He can score with his head because he is strong in the air."
