Adelaide United have locked in young goalkeeper Daniel Margush to at least the end of the 2019/20 A-League season.
The 19-year-old has been rewarded with a new two-year contract extension with the South Australian club.
Margush made his debut for United in January 2016 in a 3-1 win over the Central Coast Mariners.
He made two more appearances for the first team last year, and was even voted man of the match in a 0-0 draw with Western Sydney Wanderers.
The Young Socceroo has worked his way up to be number two at the club, and will provide back-up for Paul Izzo this season.
"Daniel has proved on a number of occasions that he is a top quality goalkeeper with a lot of potential," said United GM of Football, Ante Kovacevic.
"When called upon last season in particular, Daniel demonstrated his abilities between the sticks and is only going to get better with more experience.
"With Paul Izzo, Daniel, and also Isaac Richards all under Frank Juric’s experienced tutorage, the club will continue to have strong and capable goalkeepers."
