Socceroo Mathew Leckie has successfully returned after two months out with a knee injury in Hertha Berlin's blockbuster 2-0 win over Bayern Munich overnight.
Leckie came off the bench in the 71st minute as Hertha, who have started the season impressively, stunned leaders Bayern.
Vedad Ibisevic and Ondrej Duda scored first-half goals in the win which lifts the capital club into second spot.
Leckie has been on the sidelines since suffering ligament damage in his knee in the club's pre-season camp in Austria.
He returned to training a fortnight ago, with his 20-minute cameo marking his return to first-team football.
