Mooy was named in a three-man midfield for his maiden campaign in the Championship, having joined Huddersfield on loan from Manchester City.

The 26-year-old midfielder has played 36 league games and scored three goals for the promotion hopefuls.

Mooy has also been a regular creative influence for Huddersfield, who are third on the table with nine games to play.

It’s been a decorated campaign for Mooy who was nominated for the Championship Player of the Month in August.

He has also won Huddersfield’s Player of the Month award three times this term.

Very happy to be picked in the championship team of the season 😬
