JEONBUK Motors remained in second place in the K-League after only being able to manage a 1-1 draw on their visit to Pohang Steelers.
Jeonbuk came into the game looking to leapfrog Gwangju Sangmu at the top of the table, but suffered a setback to their plan a minute before half-time when Gi-dong Kim gave the home side the lead.
Eleven minutes after the restart Jeonbuk managed to restore parity through Luiz Henrique, but they failed to score again and were forced to settle for a result which left them one point adrift of top place after five games.
The draw also means Pohang remain seventh having played a game more.
