Thomas Muller wants to stay at Bayern Munich for the next 10 years.
The 20-year-old Germany forward announced his arrival on the world stage with five World Cup goals as Germany reached the semi-finals in South Africa.
Muller took home the Golden Boot and the Best Young Player award, but he has no intention of leaving Bayern.
"For me it is most important that my personal development continues," Muller said in an interview with Sport Bild.
"I have the perfect conditions for that at Bayern. And if I continue to get better it means that Bayern are also successful. Therefore I am not even thinking about a transfer.
"It cannot be taken for granted that you will always be allowed to play for Bayern. For a start you have to keep this level up for years.
"If someone said to me that I would play for Bayern for the next 10 years I would say: 'I will sign immediately'."
Bayern director of sport Christian Nerlinger has revealed the club are ready to offer Muller a new contract.
"Everyone is glad when their boss wants to give you a wage increase," added Muller.
"But what I like most is that such a statement makes me feel highly regarded after my first season. That is an honour."
