Craig Bellamy struck twice in front of 3,000 fans at Beveree Stadium.

Hampton striker Francis Quarm, who works in the IT department at Upton Park, gave the Conference South team the lead with a wonder volley that beat keeper Robert Green on 36 minutes.

Bellamy equalised a minute later when he finished off a knockdown by Dean Ashton and Mark Noble put the Hammers in front four minutes before half-time after neat build-up by Lucas Neill and Ashton.

Bellamy claimed his second goal courtesy of a first-time finish from Julien Faubert's cross to make it 3-1 on the hour.

Laurence Yacu then pulled a goal back with a close-range shot which beat substitute keeper Jimmy Walker but substitute Zavon Hines made the game safe with West Ham's fourth goal nine minutes from the end.
