Schalke goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has admitted he cannot rule out a move to Bayern Munich next summer.
The 24-year-old Germany international is under contract with the Royal Blues until 2012, but has long been linked with a move to the Bundesliga champions.
Bayern's first-choice goalkeeper is Hans-Jorg Butt, who is 36.
Schalke boss Felix Magath is reluctant to lose his most prized asset.
"I don't know why I should sell Neuer before 2012," he said in quotes reported by the Bild newspaper.
Neuer added: "We have to see how things progress. I am not putting myself under any pressure, I have a contract until 2012."
But asked if a summer move was out of the question, he said: "I don't believe so."
