PHIL Neville is targeting glory at Wembley following Everton's 2-1 FA Cup quarter-final comeback win over Middlesbrough today.
David Wheater's header a minute from the break had given Middlesbrough a deserved lead.
But they buckled under second-half pressure as Everton scored twice in six minutes through Marouane Fellaini and substitute Louis Saha to secure their first FA Cup semi-final place since they last won the trophy in 1995.
The Toffees captain told Setanta 1: "It's great, we're all happy. The first half was one of the poorest performances of our season.
"In the second half we showed the real Everton and we're not just going to the semi-final now, we want to actually win the trophy and that's been our aim right from the word go - we want to go all the way."
"We've had to do it the hard way, but if any team deserves to get to the semi-final it's us with the teams we've played," added Neville.
"We're in the semi-final now and we're going to enjoy it but we want to bring silverware to this club and now's the time to step up and be men."
Man of the match Saha helped turn the match in the hosts' favour.
"He's going to be vital for us if we're going to be successful this season," said Neville of the France striker.
Saha said: "It's a great feeling. It's amazing to have some team-mates with great commitment and help you through difficult times.
"We reacted very well in the second half with some spirit.
"It's great to be going back to Wembley, playing there is always special."
Middlesbrough can now turn their full focus to their bid for Barclays Premier League survival.
Manager Gareth Southgate told Setanta 1: "That's all we have left to focus on.
"We've seen today why we are where we are, because we can't see matches through when we're ahead.
"We've got more lessons to learn from today.
"We've got a quarter of the season to go and we've got to show the spirit and the resilience we showed in the first half here and fight all the way to the end."
He added: "The cup is always a bonus for you as a club. We had nothing to lose coming here today and had a great chance to go through. We haven't taken it."
Southgate rued Middlesbrough's defensive frailties.
"We've got to learn how to see matches off, especially when you get the lift of being a goal ahead," he said.
"We knew we'd have a bombardment second half and we feel we've got the players to deal with it - in actual fact for that five-minute spell we didn't.
"That sums us up this season so far."
David Moyes had a few harsh words for his troops at half-time.
The Scot told Setanta 1: "After a talking to at half-time by the staff members, the players showed what they were really about in the second half with the two goals.
"(What was said) certainly couldn't be talked about here. Steve Round did a great job on them at half-time.
"We just needed them livened up."
Moyes is not in favour of the last-four fixtures being staged at Wembley, but he is optimistic of appearing there again in the final on May 30.
He added: "It's tough because of the teams we've got to play, but why not?
"I would prefer the semi-finals to be away from Wembley - I don't think anybody really likes it.
"I wanted to go in the final not the semi-final, but we're going and I'm sure no-one will enjoy it playing against Everton."
