FOURFOURTWO has teamed with the glitzy Sports Bar at the revamped Star casino to create a football themed fans’ venue for the upcoming Euros – and Bozza will be a special guest.
We are joining forces with The Star to transform the venue for all football fans to enjoy a home away from home throughout the Euros.
Guest appearances from football VIPs offering expert views will also be part of our our nights with Mark Bosnich to appear for key games.
Aside from Bozza, other VIPs will be confirmed as the tournament draws closer.
Drink specials include $5 schooners of Peroni and $6 bottles of Peroni. And there’ll be beverage specials at each game depending on the nation playing.
There’ll be weekly prizes too of a PS3 and FIFA 12 and instant prizes of Euro 2012 kits and footballs during each game’s half-time break.
And the grub’s all there, you don’t need to leave the venue as Fuel café stays open till 6am with special bacon and egg rolls for $7.
The bar itself will be kitted out with flags, turf and goals and there are big and smaller screens with a fan-zone complete with couches and bean-bags.
FourFourTwo will be at the venue to tweet live and take social photography for our online galleries, too.
FourFourTwo publisher Andy Jackson is looking forward to another mad month of football with the fans, similar to the last two World Cups.
“We’re delighted to be partnering with The Star again to provide football fans a first class destination to watch all the action from Euro2012 - we’ve had many memorable nights and very early mornings there in the past!
“The 24/7 Sports Bar caters for every fan with its prime location, ample parking, 24-hour license and food offerings.
“If you’re catching a game before work or if you’ve taken the day off to get fully involved this is the place to be.
“The FourFourTwo team looks forward to catching up with fans of all nationalities over the course of the tournament and enjoying what promises to be a fantastic few weeks.”
So come say hello in a warm and inviting environment, watch the drama unfold, join us for a drink, have a play on FIFA or just chill with other footy fans.
And stay tuned as there'll be more announcements closer to the start of the tournament regarding the bar and what's planned.
In the meantime, star.com.au/euro has more information.
