Newcastle Jets have joined the party by releasing their new home, away and third kits for the 2019/20 A-League season.

The Jets have struck a winner with the majority of fans with the unveiling of their strips for the upcoming campaign, reverting back to a red-and-blue-striped home shirt after consecutive years of primarily blue strips.

It’s a no-frills, back-to-basics home jersey which you can’t really go wrong with, and it certainly brings back memories of Emile Heskey’s time in the Hunter.

The “Crystal Palace Jets”-theme apparently continues into 2019/20, with Newcastle again opting for an away kit which comprises of a white-bodied shirt with a red and blue diagonal sash, typically similar to that of the Premier League club.

A fan-favourite jersey characteristic returns for 2019/20, with the club’s black third shirt sparingly incorporating gold detailing for sleeve and collar trims, reminding fans of the gold kits worn in the club’s earlier years.  This strip’s already featured twice this year having been worn in each of the Jets’ FFA Cup victories thus far.
