Mayora successfully trialed with Perth Glory this week and impressed Dave Mitchell enough to include him in they squad flying over to New Zealand this weekend to face Wellington Phoenix.

"I feel just great," said Mayora. "I am very excited to have this opportunity to play in the A-League and would like to thank Perth Glory for giving me the opportunity.

"I would also like to thank Sydney Olympic for supporting and believing in me and helping get to the next level."

Meanwhile Blacktown Demons midfielder Ray Miller, 19, yesterday became the latest addition to Sydney FC's National Youth League side.

"I was here last year training a bit with them and just hearing the stories from the lads," he revealed. "They were kind of semi living the life of a professional footballer and I'm just glad I've got my chance

"I've played NSW Premier League and now playing National Youth League. I just want to try and play as many games as I can and if I perform and get half a sniff, I'll do whatever I can to take the next step up."
