The adopted brother of Brazil star Neymar says the striker will make a move to either Real Madrid or Barcelona in the near future.
The Santos forward has been linked with moves to a number of Europe's biggest clubs and his adopted sibling, Jo Amancio, said Neymar could sign for either of the Spanish giants.
"I do not know if he will play for Barcelona or Real Madrid, both teams are very good, the best in the world and he will soon come to Europe," said Amacio, who lives with the South American sensation.
Amacio also believes the 20-year-old would have no problem adjusting to a European League.
"I think Neymar would be the highlight (in any league) as he is in Brazil. I do not think he will have problems in that regard. He is a very skilled player, a phenomenon," he said.
Amacio declared his brother as the planet's best player, but was less forthcoming about the other candidates for that title.
"(Lionel) Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Falcao, Xavi, (Andres) Iniesta, they are all good," he said.
