Heart have lost four games in a row following two draws to the start of the 2013-14 campaign, and are without a win in A-League competition since February. 
 
Their record away from home is also well documented, with Heart failing to pick up three points outside of Victoria in almost two years.
 
Heart travel to Newcastle Jets this weekend, who following a recent run of good form have moved up to third on the table.
 
But despite the poor results and a number of lackluster performances, Redmayne admits panic stations have not been reached just yet. 
 
“We are under pressure, but I really don’t think the boys are feeling it,” said Redmayne. “If you look at our performances we’ve been creating a lot of chances and looking quite solidly defensively.
 
“I think we can take the positives out of the game we’ve played and I think we can string a good performance together against Newcastle.”
 
Heart supporters let their frustrations be known towards coach John Aloisi after their 2-0 loss to Sydney FC last Friday night, chanting for the Socceroo legend to be sacked. 
 
A supporter even brandished an “Aloisi Out” banner in the closing stages of the game, but Redmayne says the responsibility for the performances must be shared.
 
“It’s pretty tough,” said Redmayne. “But we as players need to step up as well. It’s not all the coaches fault so we need to step it up. We’re not feeling any pressure at all. 
 
“We know what we’ve got to do and I’m sure we’ll string it together on Sunday. I can’t speak for John but I really don’t think he is under pressure. 
 
“We’re not feeling any pressure - we know that the performances are good so we just need to string together for a full 90 minute performance.”
 
The message from Aloisi to the players has been to keep the faith.
 
“Keep your head up, stay positive and take the positives out of the game and then string those together,” said Redmayne.
 
“I think we’ve had solid games – Western Sydney was a solid performance, as well as Mariners and Victory.
 
“We’ve had some solid defensive performances as well attacking performances but we we are just lacking that final one percent in the box.
 
“Once we get that to click I’m sure it will all fall in to place.”
 
Redmayne has been one of Heart’s shining lights so far in 2013 since taking Clint Bolton’s starting spot, and arguably the best performer for the club so far this season. 
 
“I’ve been reasonably happy with my form, but having said that it would be great to get the three points,” he said.
 
“We are looking really solid so we just have to string a full 90 minutes together and stay focused for those 90 minutes.

Heart could be boosted by the return of Patrick Kisnorbo and Harry Kewell for Sunday’s game against Newcastle following their return from injury.
