Few would have predicted that three rounds in the big spending Eagles would be without a win, and that the youthful Bluebells would sit comfortably inside the top four having won two from three.

Whilst it seems only a matter of time until Edgeworth claims all three points, tonight will be no formality.

Edgeworth's Shane Knight and Sean Babic aren't certain to line up due to injury and personal commitments respectively, whilst the Bluebells will be extra keen to get one over their local rivals and keep their super start to the season going.

Round 4's three other matches all take place on Sunday.

At Wanderers Oval, Broadmeadow Magic meets Valentine Phoenix in a top of the table showdown.

Magic will be hampered by the loss of midfielder John Bennis who suffered a broken nose away to Weston Workers Bears FC last weekend, however will be buoyed that their at home for the first time this season.

Valentine look set to start striker Scott Smith, with the ex Azzurri front man commanding a start after scoring three goals off the bench this year.

Elsewhere, Hamilton Olympic is at home to Weston Workers Bears FC.

Olympic accounted easily for the Bears in preseason, however haven't tasted victory since the opening round when they beat Toronto at home.

Weston coach Michael Boogaard is in Japan with the Northern NSW U14s team as they take part in the Tokyo International Youth Football Tournament, with U23s mentor Steve Turnbull taking the reigns in Boogaard's absence.

The final match of the round sees Toronto Awaba host South Cardiff in an early season basement battle.

Both clubs will be looking to kick start their campaigns with their first win of the season.

Toronto coach Troy Halpin says his team needs another striker, however having conceded nine goals in three matches this year, keeping at bay a South Cardiff attack including Jamie Subat and Kane Goodchild might be the key to this one.
