Norwich City are considering making a bid for Bradford City's Australian defender James Meredith.
Meredith has been a standout for Bradford but is off-contract at the end of this season. The left back is attracting interest from a number of Championship clubs, including Leeds United.
FourFourTwo understands the Canaries could make a bid for Meredith to replace departing Swede Martin Olsson. It is believed the Socceroo is interested in making the move up a division to join Norwich.
It remains to be seen if the Bantams would consider selling Meredith, as they chase promotion from League One. Bradford currently sit in fourth spot on the ladder in the playoff places, 11 points behind league leaders Sheffield United.
The 28-year old from country Victorian has made 25 appearances in all competitions for the Bantams this season.
