Notts supporters slam Kewell move

Notts and Crawley Town are in negotiations about Kewell joining the Magpies.

It is expected the Australian will be appointed as Kevin Nolan's replacement.

But County supporters are venting online their disappointment with the decision in large numbers.

Notts fan Lee Arkins tweeted: "No way please no. We need experience."

Much of the criticism has been aimed at club chairman and owner Alan Hardy.

And just remember Mr Hardy if you employ Harry Kewell and the gates do go down there will only be one man to blame and that will be you

Hardy took control of Notts County in January 2017.

Please not Harry Kewell, 31.6% win rate, if you going to pay compensation then go for someone proven, most probably at a bigger cost but possibly worth it in the long run Gareth Ainsworth/Jon Coleman who may fancy a big challenge

The Mirror has reported that Crawley Town want £400,000 in compensation for Kewell and his assistant.
