Torino have dismissed coach Walter Novellino and appointed Giancarlo Camolese as his replacement.
Novellino only returned to the club in December but has won just two of 14 matches since then.
Sunday's 3-1 defeat against Sampdoria marked the Granata's third consecutive loss, leaving them 18th in the table, and spelt the end of Novellino's time in charge.
"Torino Football Club communicates they have relieved Walter Novellino of his position and thank him for the work done these past few months," read a statement on the club website, www.torinofc.it.
"The new coach is Giancarlo Camolese, who will be assisted by Antonio Cavallo. Goalkeeping coach Rino Gandini and athletic trainer Paolo Artico will remain as part of the staff.
"Club president Urbano Cairo wishes a warm welcome to Giancarlo Camolese and will present him to the press tomorrow before training."
It is the second time in less than a year that Novellino has been sacked by Torino following his dismissal last April.
Camolese has been at the helm of the Granata before, leading them to promotion in 2001 and securing Serie A safety the following season before his dismissal in October 2002.
Since then the 48-year-old has coached Reggina, Vicenza and Livorno.
