SOCCEROOS defender Sasa Ognenovski is reportedly keen on a move to Korean champions FC Seoul who are in discussions with his current club Seongnam Ilhwa about a deal.
On Friday, Sportal Korea reported that the 32-year-old former Adelaide United centre-half was on the verge of a move to the capital club with the two clubs in discussions.
Ognenovski lifted the Asian Champions League crown with Seongnam last season but they have struggled in 2011 after they sold a number of their star players.
It is understood, Ognenovski has been frustrated by Seongnam's transfer activity which has left the side in 14th on the K-League table with just three wins all season.
A Seongnam official told Sports Seoul: "It's true that we received offer from Seoul but a deal is not complete.
"Sasa wants to move to Seoul but there's still a possibility for him to move another league."
Ognenovski has previously expressed his desire to move to Germany's Bundesliga which he followed as a child.
