A fuming Andy Keogh was "calling a spade a spade" after Perth’s dismal run of form continued at the hands of Adelaide United, who coasted to victory at NIB Stadium.
A lack of energy and desire summed up Glory’s evening, as they slumped to a 3-0 home loss to an inspired Reds outfit, which looked far superior despite its own injuries and Olyroos absences.
Daniel Adlung pounced early on a similarly undermanned Perth - who defended dismally - to grab an early lead, before Nathan Konstandopolous opened his A-League account with a clinical finish, and Johan Absalonsen plucked a late third to add insult to injury.

Adelaide bossed the midfield, and it was no surprise to see Isaias named man of the match, the Spaniard elated to return to third place in the table.
“It’s a very important win for us. It’s very difficult when you miss players, but we have a very good squad,” he said.
From one captain to the other, a livid Keogh couldn't restrain himself when given the chance to sum up his team's performance.
“It’s awful, one player didn’t do their job and it cost us. The game’s over within five minutes,” he said.
“You’ve got to do your jobs, and call a spade a spade, or else we’ll lose games.”
Whether his comments spark his side into action, or just worsen the feeling in the West, remains to be seen.
