Darren Fletcher expects Manchester United to bounce back quickly from yesterday's derby humiliation, starting tomorrow against Aldershot in the Carling Cup.
United were left reeling as rivals Manchester City underlined their Barclays Premier League title credentials with a sensational 6-1 win at Old Trafford yesterday.
Fletcher, who scored United's consolation, told MUTV: "We are disappointed, really disappointed, but we will have to bounce back.
"It is a bad result losing to Manchester City but this doesn't mean the league is over. We have to respond and win our next game."
Aldershot manager Dean Holdsworth is not ruling out an upset when his League Two side host United.
The Shots have beaten higher-league opposition on each outing en route to the fourth round and they have now been rewarded with a home tie against the four-time winners of the competition.
Holdsworth said: "We are going to go into the game confident; we know what we can do on our day.
"We are going to try and enjoy it as much as we can."
Arsenal host Bolton as they look to continue the good form which has seen them steadily climb the table.
They beat Stoke 3-1 last time out thanks to a double from Robin van Persie, who is set to be rested tomorrow as will Gervinho.
One striker who will get a chance to impress is South Korea captain Park Chu-young, after manager Arsene Wenger confirmed the 26-year-old will make his second appearance since joining from Monaco.
"He will get his chance. He is fantastic," said Wenger.
"People forget he only arrived two months ago. Some big players have waited much longer than two months before they have played."
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Yossi Benayoun are also expected to be involved.
Opponents Bolton are in the midst of a miserable run and are third from bottom.
The Trotters lost 2-0 to Sunderland last time out and manager Owen Coyle is set to make a host of changes at the Emirates.
Coyle said: "We have players who need to play and show what they are capable of.
"It is a difficult tie, but that is the nature of the cup - whatever the draw brings, you have to deal with it."
The other two games tomorrow are made up of Championship teams with Cardiff hosting Burnley while leaders Southampton visit third-placed Crystal Palace.
There are also four games on Wednesday night with Manchester City still walking on air after their Old Trafford rout.
Roberto Mancini's men visit Wolves but goalkeeper Joe Hart insists the team will keep their feet on the ground.
He said: "Like the manager said - it sounds boring - you don't get any more points for winning by five goals.
"Wolves is massive for us now both in the Carling Cup and at home."
Chelsea will still be smarting from their derby defeat by QPR when they visit Everton.
The Blues finished the game with nine men while manager Andre Villas-Boas launched a strongly-worded criticism of referee Chris Foy.
Also hanging over the west London team are the reports QPR defender Anton Ferdinand was subject to racial abuse by John Terry, something refuted by the Blues captain.
Stoke host Liverpool while high-flying Newcastle visit rock-bottom Blackburn.
