Newcastle striker Michael Owen has dismissed speculation of a move in the January transfer window as "pie in the sky".
"I'm still here and still loving my time here," said Owen.
"I haven't been offered or asked for a new contract. Neither has my agent. It's pie in the sky."
According to reports, Manchester City were lining up a move for the Magpies striker in the transfer window.
Owen said: "A month hasn't gone by without somebody saying I'm going here, there and everywhere.
"It's water off a duck's back for me, but it must be frustrating for the fans reading about this club and that club. I'm still here, looking forward to continuing the season with Newcastle."
