CHARLTON have named Phil Parkinson as their new manager.
Parkinson took the reins at The Valley on a caretaker basis in November after Alan Pardew left the club.
The Addicks are rooted to the bottom of the Coca-Cola Championship and have failed to win any of the eight games since Parkinson was put in charge.
