LIVERPOOL midfielder Sebastian Leto has been denied a work permit to play in England next season.
Reds manager Rafael Benitez will now loan the winger out to a foreign club, but was hopeful that the Argentinian would return to Liverpool next season.
"I am disappointed and it was a surprise because this is a player who has played in the Champions League. You have managers talking about how good he is, so I think the system needs to change," Benitez told www.liverpoolfc.tv.
