John Boardman has been appointed Perth's interim CEO until a suitable replacement for Peter Filopoulos is found.
Boardman has been part of Perth Glory's board since 2013 and played a substantial role in the original appointment of Filopoulos.
He has been trusted to vet candidates for the CEO position on behalf of Glory owner, Tony Sage. But he may also play a key role in the appointment of Glory's next head coach.
While a period of restructuring occurs at Perth, the club are also in the process of re-signing key players for next season, with Liam Reddy, Alex Grant and Shane Lowry all recently extending their contracts at the club.
