Yusuf Simsek grabbed the only goal of the game after 27 minutes, before Kayserispor's Ali Turan was red-carded five minutes later.
Goals from Maxim Romashchenko (25) and Omer Erdogan (38) gave Bursaspor a 2-0 win at Ankaraspor, while Konyaspor beat Hacettepe SK by the same scoreline, with Roman Kratochvil (14) and Serhat Akin (40) netting for the hosts.
