Just desserts for a dominant season or a little bit of last man standing? A bit of both, but it's hard to take anything away from the high-flying Jet this season.
Dimitri Petratos picked up Newcastle's Player of the Year award, the Ray Baartz medal and the Member's Player of the Year award to cap off a sensatioal season in the red and navy.
He also shared the golden boot award with Andrew Nabbout, a player whom he probably would have shared a lot more with had the 25-year-old not skipped off to Urawa Red Diamonds in the J-League.
Saving headaches for the voting board aside, Petratos finished the season with 10 goals and 9 assists, playing a large role in Newcastle's unlikely second-placed finish.
