SOCCEROOS coach Pim Verbeek is set to swap Australia for a new challenge developing young players in Morocco according to reports today.
The Dutchman will move on to a new challenge after the World Cup and it seems that Verbeek's new challenge will be in Africa.
Verbeek is reported to be the man to take charge of Morocco's Under 17, Under 19 and Olympic teams.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, Verbeek said: "It's somewhere brand new for me, a beautiful country and Moroccan football is not doing so well at the moment so the challenge is big. Also it is only three hours flight from Holland so my family will be happy, which was a major part of my thinking."
It is thought Henk Dutt will work alongside him.
