Barcelona defender Gerard Pique will miss the European Super Cup against Porto on Friday after being ruled out for three weeks with a calf problem.
The 24-year-old was injured during training this afternoon, and his absence will likely force coach Pep Guardiola to play someone out of position on Friday night in Monaco.
Eric Abidal, Sergio Busquets and Javier Mascherano are all candidates to play in defence along with Andreu Fontas.
