Two Powerhouses of Asian Football, Socceroos and Korea Republic, went head to head in a friendly at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, for the first time since the 2015 Asian Cup Final.
Aziz Behich - 8
Good pressure early on in defence, getting forward and like Risdon very lively, good crosses into the box all game. Cheeky shot 50 yards out, goal- keeper gets back in time, saving his own blushes.
Aaron Mooy - 7
Making himself busy in midfield, moving the ball around but not looking to threating. Displayed good composure when pressed. 25- yard shot at goal but straight at the keeper.
Massimo Luongo - 7
Quiet, felt like he didn’t get into the game, gave the ball away in the midfield a couple of times and gave Tom Rogic a hospital ball, poor passing of the ball and was too slow and off-the pace of the game. Saying all that he comes up with the stoppage time equaliser.
Tom Rogic - 8
He appeared well up for this match, creating at least three clear shots on goal. Few beautifully weighted passes, good control in possession, showing his skill and balance when pressed by Korea.
Mathew Leckie - 8
Showing his normal rate of pace and energy, linking up well with Risdon down the right-hand side. His defensive duties were solid as well getting back to help out. Had a chance with a header but just couldn’t keep it down. Always looking dangerous.

Robbie Kruse - 6
Couple of misplaced passes, he doesn’t look too comfortable when pressed or on the ball. His one shot on goal was awful, which he pulled wide for a corner. Needed to check his runs more. Subbed for Awer Mabil.
Jamie Maclaren - 6
Did a lot of running around trying to rush Korea’s defence. Made no real impact. Caught off-side twice. Subbed for Martin Boyle.
SUBSTITUTES
Awer Mabil - 7
First impact went down far too easily. Sloppy foul given away outside the 12-yard box. He was eager and rushed but full of positivity. Slowly got into the game causing some problems for Korea with his pace and direct runs. He still feels the need to hold on to the ball way too long.
Martin Boyle - 6
Decent header but no power from Mabil cross. Yellow card for swinging his arm out. Stayed onside in the build-up to his saved shot which led to Luongo's equaliser.
Tomi Juric - N/A
Unrated not on long enough.
