GZREGORZ Bronowicki, Radoslaw Majewski and Radoslaw Matusiak were the unlucky trio to miss out as Poland coach Leo Beenhakker finalised his 23-man squad for Euro 2008 on Wednesday morning.
Beenhakker had to trim his 26-man party by three and decided Red Star Belgrade defender Bronowicki, Groclin Dyskobolia midfielder Majewski and Wisla Krakow forward Radoslaw Matusiak would be the players to miss out.
Bronowicki and Majewski are not fully fit, while Matusiak has been struggling for form.
Brazil-born Roger Guereirro has been included after being granted Polish citizenship soon after Beenhakker announced his initial group.
Poland will begin their Euro 2008 campaign against Germany in Klagenfurt on June 8 before travelling to Vienna to face co-hosts Austria four days later and then concluding their Group B matches back in Klagenfurt against Croatia on June 16.
Poland squad: Boruc (Celtic), Fabianski (Arsenal), Kuszczak (Manchester United); Bak (Austria Vienna), Golanski (Steaua Bucharest), Jop (FC Moscow), Kokoszka (Wisla Krakow), Wasilewski (Anderlecht), Wawrzyniak (Legia Warsaw), Zewlakow (Olympiacos); Blaszczykowski (Borussia Dortmund), Dudka (Wisla Krakow), Gargula (GKS Belchatow), Guerreiro (Legia Warsaw), Krzynowek (Wolfsburg), Lewandowski (Shakhtar Donetsk), Murawski (Lech Poznan), Pazdan (Gornik Zabrze); Lobodzinski (Wisla Krakow), Saganowski (Southampton), Smolarek (Racing Santander), Zahorski (Gornik Zabrze), Zurawski (PAE Larissa).
