Wanderers dominated Brisbane Roar but were again forced to come from behind to salvage a second straight 1-1 draw at Spotless Stadium.

“We just have to keep believing and keep playing the way we are,” Popovic told Fox Sports.

“We came from behind last week and we’ve done it again today.

“Brisbane played well, they’re a good side but we showed how good we are tonight.

“Overall I think it was a very dominant display from a very confident team with a lot of belief. Unfortunately we didn’t get the result.”

Roar draw continues Wanderers' home hoodoo

Popovic also stoked rumours of Western Sydney’s interest in Ireland legend Robbie Keane, revealing the club had “options” come January.

“We have possibilities to bring players into the cap. There may be a possibility we can bring someone (in) as a guest marquee,” he said.

“We’ve got a really busy second half of the year as well with the Champions League. That was always in our thoughts.

“We’ll see if someone can help bolster this team and squad. If it can be done it will be done.”
