Ange Postecoglou continues to dodge questions surrounding his Socceroos future, insisting he will not be giving anyone an answer.
The national team boss is reportedly set to step away from his position following the Socceroos' World Cup play-off with Honduras next month.
It would be a big blow for the FFA who would have to look for a suitable replacement in time for next year's World Cup in Russia, should Australia qualify.
However, despite the lingering uncertainty around Postecoglou's commitment, the 52-year-old continues to insist his future should not be the focus.
Postecoglou will appear on ABC's Australian Story on Monday, but a clip of one of the question's from the interview has already appeared online.
The Socceroos boss was asked about his future, and Postecoglou responded by saying: "It's a real kind of a facetious question because people just want me to fit into their stereotype and answer it in a way that makes themselves feel really good about themselves.
"People are really worried about my future. They should be worried about these two games but they're not. They just want an answer to a question that I'm not going to give them."
