Paris Saint-Germain believe they can persuade Arsene Wenger to leave his post at Arsenal and take over in the French capital next season.
Widespread reports suggest that the hierarchy at the Parc Des Princes are confident that they have convinced Wenger to replace Carlo Ancelotti, who is expected to leave PSG at the end of the campaign and has been linked with a move to Real Madrid.
Wenger has spent the last 17 years with Arsenal and still has a year remaining on his current deal at the Emirates Stadium.
The 63-year-old recently said that he intended to see out the remainder of his contract with the London club, however PSG's Qatari owners are said to be confident they can lure the former Monaco boss back to his homeland 12 months before that agreement expires.
The French giants are also said to be hopeful of attracting another big name to the club, with reports indicating that they are preparing a substantial offer for Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo has been the subject of ongoing speculation linking him with a move to the UEFA Champions League quarter-finalists, who have also been rumoured to have an active interest in Manchester United and England striker Wayne Rooney.
