QPR have swooped to sign Birmingham striker Marcus Bent on loan until the end of the season.
The 31-year-old recently returned to St Andrews following a loan spell at Middlesbrough which saw him play eight games for Gordon Strachan's men.
Bent, who signed for the Blues from Charlton in 2008, scored three times in 35 appearances during the 2008-09 campaign but has not featured for Alex McLeish's side in the Barclays Premier League this season.
