However, the Blues' other Portugal regular, Ricardo Carvalho, remains sidelined with a hamstring injury.
Malaga midfielder Eliseu, Braga's Orlando Sa, and Siena defender Goncalo Brandao are the three new faces in Portugal's 20-man squad.
Queiroz has also made changes in the goalkeeping department, resting regulars Ricardo and Quim to call up Braga stopper Eduardo and Bochum's Daniel Fernandes.
