The RBB member was issued the ban by NSW Police after Western Sydney's 4-1 win over Wellington Phoenix, with some sources indicating he also instigated chants against police.

NSW Police also issued a Wanderers support liaison officer with a 12 month ban.

Although NSW Police issued the bans, it’s unclear whether they were working at the request of the stadium’s management. The RBB also raised a banner at the match stating "Our game's in disarray yet Gallop and FFA stay."

"The action taken surrounds a series of offensive chants which occurred towards the end of the game at Spotless Stadium on Saturday night," NSW Police's statement said.

"The Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) banning notice prohibits attendance at the event venue and/or any other event venue in the Olympic Park precinct for a period of up to 12 months."
