THE agent of Ajax striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar has responded furiously to suggestions in French sports paper L'Equipe that his client is on the verge of a move to Real Madrid.
Arnold Oosterveer was also particularly riled that the story claimed Vincenzo Morabito was Huntelaar's representative.
Oosterveer told PA Sport: "This is ridiculous. I didn't know this story but I can tell that all that is printed there is nonsense.
"There is no contact with Real Madrid or any other club for the matter about Huntelaar.
"Morabito is not the agent of Klaas-Jan and we have in the past already rapped him over the knuckles. Unbelievable. It's also a shame that a renowned sports paper like L'Equipe prints this rubbish."
